Bug Description

VN creation and association of ip pool from vcenter not in sync with contrail-api. The latest plugin has this issue (contrail-install-vcenter-plugin_2.11-05232015_all.deb). It works fine with the plugin ‘contrail-install-vcenter-plugin_2.10-03312015_all.deb’.
VN creation from WebUI synced to vcenter and it worked as expected.
