Bug Description

When running the Tempest suite through Rally, keystone v3 tests are shown as failed.
If you add one line (admin_domain_name=default) in the auto generated tempest.conf file then the tests are OK

tempest: add `admin_domain_name' to generated conf

    Add admin_domain_name=default of autogenerated tempest.conf
This line prevents the keystone v3 related tests to be declared as failure.
