Shutdown/restart dialogue and logout is not working if shadowsocks-qt5 is running

Bug Description
Ubuntu Gnome 15.04
Gnome 3.14
If the shadowsocks-qt5 is running, when I click the shutdown button to shutdown, the confirm dialogue will not appear, so I have to shutdown from terminal using command. The logout doesn't work, too.
If quit shadowsock-qt5, everything is ok.
