Bug Description

If at path startup or after a RP an AI train is always within the clearing zone of a reserved switch, a WP under the train is executed only when the switch is cleared.

OK James,
there was however a reason for that: such bug fixes require the execution of a set of test activities. 3 separate bug fixes would have required three executions of such set.
