temporarily disable a printer

Bug Description

I have a few printers that only work when I'm at certain locations. I would like to disable those printers temporarily (rather than delete them) in System Settings->Printers. This would mean that the printers will not be active, their status will not be pooled and they will not appear in the list of printers in any print dialog.
