ubuntu trove packages do not properly make /var/cache/trove

The following steps are missing:

mkdir /var/cache/trove
chown trove:trove /var/cache/trove

Nikhil Manchanda (slicknik), thanks for adding me to the review, but I can't do anything regarding to the Ubuntu package (I only maintain packages in Debian, not in Ubuntu). FYI, the Debian packages for Trove do have the needed mkdir + chown, as I wrote that in.

Looks like this is an issue specifically with the ubuntu packages of trove then.
