Incorrect reference to docs in Fuel 6.0 UI

Bug Description

In Fuel 6.0, in the Networking Setup tab of Fuel there is a link labeled "Mirantis OpenStack Planning Guide for Network Topology". It leads to https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/master/planning-guide.html#choose-network-topology which is a broken link.

Please fix the web redirect rules or fix the link in the Fuel ISO.

I believe it should be fixed on server side because we have installation in the fields.

On UI it was fixed in https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1453928 , so it will use the link with the current release number. But yes, I think old links for older releases should work anyway
