Distribute PAFLib 0.1.5 with Ubuntu 15.10

Please note that while this package is on mentors.debian.net, it is not a part of Debian, it is only a staged package.

The maintainer of the package on mentors.debian.net is Breno. I presume that if you have requirements about specific versions of the package for Ubuntu 15.10, you should be able to communicate those to him directly.

Once the package has been accepted into the Debian archive, it will automatically be synced to the Ubuntu archive.

Can someone from Canonical help us to push this package to Debian? This is a requirement for Ubuntu, in fact, but we understand that pushing to Debian would help its inclusion on Debian, so, that is why we are trying to push on Debian.

This package needs to be in Debian archive in order for Canonical to include in 15.10. What is the status of that?

paflib didn't make it into 15.10, but xenial now has paflib 0.2.0-1.
