[OSTF][Murano] If packages count more than 20, Apache and Wordpress deployment tests will skipped forever

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy OS-neutron-gre, Ubuntu, Murano, All Ceph (One controller, One Compute)
2. Upload more that 20 applications from catalog
3. Run OSTF for Apache and Wordpress

Actual result:
Tests skipped but applications exists.

    Using muranoclient for obtain package list

    Fixes incorrect logic of get_list_packages function in tests.
    Now for obtaining package list in tests will be used muranoclient
    instead of requests library.
