Bug Description

run launch.sh - 8 VM configuration
Create Cluster on Ubuntu 14.0.4 - 1 Controller Node, 3 Compute-Storage nodes, 1 Base OS node (for testing)
View the percentage of MongoDB on the Controller Node
By default, MongoDB consumes 80% of the available disk space. This cramps the Controller node space for Glance and logs to the point of being unusable.
Suggestion: limit the MongoDB space to 66% of the available space, or do not ALLOW Telemetry to be placed on the Controller node.

It is possible for user to limit space for Mongo. You can resize partitioning if you want.
