There is no ffmpeg package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr".
You're trying to install ffmpeg 4:0.5.9- 0ubuntu0. 10.04.3 from Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx" in trusty, so you should expect problems.
This problem does not exist in the ffmpeg package in Ubuntu 15.04 "Vivid Vervet".
Thus this bug is invalid.
