ENVIRONMENT:
HA mode, Ubuntu, Nova-network with FlatDHCP manager, Cinder LVM, Sahara and Ceilo enabled, 2 controllers, 1 (controller + mongo), 1 (compute + cinder)

In puppet logs on the compute node I have found the following error http://paste.mirantis.net/show/469/.

root@node-5:~# service cinder-volume status
cinder-volume: unrecognized service

root@node-5:~# dpkg -l | grep cinder
ii python-cinderclient 1:1.1.1-1~u14.04+mos7 all python bindings to the OpenStack Volume API

Cinder packages are not installed. That is why deployment failed.

    Fix ordering for enable-cinder task

      Enable_cinder.pp manifests requires cinder-volume
package to be installed. So, this manifests should
be run only after cinder modular script.
