Bug Description
The Node Properties dialog in 1.7 disregards current or previously set node settings. Instead it defaults to blank label, size 8, color red for every node, even if the user had previously changed the settings. Thus before loading the dialog, SocNetV should check current node settings and populate the dialog with them.
