Bug Description
We need to add following sections into docs somewhere near pages/operation
This is as per conversation with Dina Belova. See this patch for details: https:/
* section about what can be the reason for the RabbitMQ cluster full unavailability (controller maintenance, for instance, and the steps to define you're rebooting the RabbitMQ master)
* section about what can be the influence on the cloud (no control plane available until RabbitMQ cluster will be recovered -> no applications scaling up and down, etc.)
