There is a missing package 'xorriso' in prepare-build-env.sh. Because of that iso can not be built with documentation steps.

Bug Description
As a Fuel-main developer I want to be able to build iso "from scratch" on my machine.
Steps to reproduce:
As documented in https:/
apt-get install git
git clone https:/
cd fuel-main
./prepare-
make iso
Expected result:
iso is built and I can grab it on my machine.
Actual result:
no xorriso found" message and build can not be finished.
Workaround:
sudo apt-get install xorriso
Impact:
It is easy to understand problem and fix it. But it makes not a smooth experience to build iso.

Please backport it to 6.1. Should be easy. Thanks.
