Bug Description

Error message:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `storage/innobase/xtrabackup/src/innobackupex.cc', needed by `storage/innobase/xtrabackup/src/CMakeFiles/xtrabackup.dir/innobackupex.cc.o'. Stop.
make[1]: *** [storage/innobase/xtrabackup/src/CMakeFiles/xtrabackup.dir/all] Error 2

This line is the culprit:

INSTALL_SYMLINK(xtrabackup xtrabackup innobackupex bin runtime)

Besides, it is impossible to run test suite for out of the source builds (both 2.2 and 2.3).
