MARC Batch Edit gives Internal Server Error for control fields

Bug Description
It can only manipulate data fields (fields that have indicators and subfields). If you, for example, try to add a 007 tag to records through it, you'll produce an Internal Server Error. It would be useful to support manipulation of control fields and the Leader.
