Bug Description

In date/time settings, there should be a setting to allow automatic time zone selection based on the current location of the phone.

Actually it's more not based on location but it comes with the GSM signal itself, i.e. my old dumbphone that didn't have GPS nor 3G/Wifi connectivity could sync to the local timezone when travelling.

Thanks, that sort of the same issue than bug #1351534. We could add a settings but we don't have a service to use for that at the moment. There is work ongoing to add NITZ support, once that's in place the settings option can be enabled

Before there is NITZ support from modem, could we have the timezone setting at Welcome Wizard / OOB ?
