Bug Description

In order to use your phone as a flashlight, you have to install an app. Making a flashlight out of your phone should be an option that is available from the tray and system settings.

Flashlight isn't a setting, it's a feature request. It could be presented in System Settings (like a few other things that aren't settings), but that would be a curiously inefficient way of getting to it. It could be in a unified indicator, or a core app, or something else.

affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu) → canonical-devices-system-image
summary: - No flashlight setting
+ No flashlight

I think the easiest/best thing would be to install one of the apps by default.

It should have a switch in the notification drawer in my opinion, so that it is easily reachable at all time.
