Puppet logs for primary controller show following:

Sun May 17 04:45:18 +0000 2015 Puppet (err): heat-keystone-setup-domain &>/dev/null returned 1 instead of one of [0]

I assume that Vladimir's change fixed the problem. If you need us to analyze the failure, please provide output heat-keystone-setup-domain (right now the snapshot is missing in the job).
