Support running doctests in Python 2 and Python 3

Bug Description

The doctests for ‘lockfile’ were originally written only for Python 2, and fail under Python 3.

Now that ‘lockfile’ claims to support both Python 2 and Python 3, its doctests need to be updated so they will pass under both Python languages.

The attached patch modifies the doctests to pass when run under Python 2 and under Python 3.

pylockfile has been retired. We won't be making any more updates to it. See the fasteners library for a supported alternative.
