Bug Description
In Ubuntu 14.04 LXC python-minimal is not installed by default so /usr/bin/python is not available.
Plus, if wget is not installed in the system the "install_rally.sh" script would not work correctly (one thing for sure: it won't print usage message when given -h option, not respect -y option and probably others as well) - I didn't have time to analyze the exact reason but after "apt-get install wget" the script works.
