Bug Description

volume creation using image stuck in cli as well as horizon.

root@nodec59:/opt/contrail/utils# cinder create --image-id 12fa4a1d-5db1-4ff6-84f7-0570aad18f95 --display-name alok-vol 5 ----> stuck here

same is tried in horizon also, status is "Creating". (snapshot attached)

Need more info. Provide testbed.py or access to the system. Have you configured Ceph or local disk or NFS for storage?
