use filter to get compute services

to get the list of compute services, we can use binary filter instead of getting all and filter a compute service.

    use binary filter to get compute services

    In hypervisor, compute host tab, to get the list of nova-compute services.
    We can use binary filter instead of getting all services and filter it locally.
