Bug Description
If an AI consist is due to couple to a train, and then its loco has to restart alone in the opposite direction, and if there is a WP and a signal in front of it, and if the loco coupled before reaching the signal, because the coupled train was not in the correct position or because of track layout constraints, the AI loco may get stuck.
