Bug Description
This occurs when after coupling and decoupling the loco is not in the track section where the reversal point is. This can occur because of track layout constraints or because of the fact that the coupled train is a player train and the player stopped the train too early (or too late).
This can be seen with attached test activity for USA1 route.
