Bug Description

We should implement tests for the Elasticsearch-Kibana plugin. This is similar to what has been done for the other Fuel plugins like Contrail or Zabbix.

Add system tests for the InfluxDB-Grafana plugin

    This change adds tests for the InfluxDB-Grafana plugin [1].
    We are testing the deployment in multi-node with HA with the plugin and
    we are checking that:
      - InfluxDB server is responding
      - Grafana is running
      - OSTF test suite is executed without errors
