shift-f10 keyboard to call contextual menu not working on pantheon-files

Bug Description

Just open pantheon-files, and press shift-f10. Normally it should popup contextual menu (right-click), but it does nothing.

version: pantheon-files 0.2.0

$ uname -a
Linux freya 3.16.0-37-generic #51~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Wed May 6 15:23:14 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Just tried this on Freya and Shift-F10 brought up a background context menu if there were no selected files, but if a file was selected then no menu was shown.
