Bug Description

When a meeting is over, the irc client iframe should be replaced with the log of the session, so that it's easier to understand what has happened also at later times.

As far as I know, this was the behavior used for 'real life' meetings. PPossibly something that just needs to be ported to the virtual.meeting page. Need to double check, though.

I have verified that the logs will show instead of the IRC channel once the summit has been marked as 'finished' by the admins, even with virtual meeting. So we're good to go here.
