Bug Description

FakeISCSIDriver doesn't send correct value for provisioned_capacity_gb. It breaks scheduler: http://paste.openstack.org/show/217121/.

The same issue is related to FakeISERDriver too.

    Fix FakeISCSIDriver and FakeISERDriver

    Need to pass correct int value for provisioned_capacity_gb capability
    to get it working with scheduler.
