Dont see dkms- under https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-packaging/tree/aaf8fae1c1d1742115503ddf08d18b62c6efe949/build/package_configs/ubuntu1404/icehouse *.cfg but its under cfg..moved file
however the same is under juno https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-packaging/blob/aaf8fae1c1d1742115503ddf08d18b62c6efe949/build/package_configs/ubuntu1404/juno/depends_contrail_dependent_packages.cfg#L146
