Region & Language completely messed up

I installed Freya on a USB drive (actually spent a few hours to have everything set up properly - a big FAT32 partition for storing data, a small FAT32 partition with live session Freya, and a few GB of ext4 partition set as persistence (casper-rw) for elementary OS. After I ran the update manager, I thought it's not ok that some things are still in english - even the keyboard layout, so I ran the language settings and this happened. (Look at the attachment) Even though I've choosen polish (my native language) in the boot menu, it seemed that it was not installed. After I tried installing it here and restarted the PC after the updates, everything was in spanish. I uninstalled spanish, with polish still installed, restarted the PC, and... most of the stuff is now in english, but some things are still in spanish. Not a single word in polish.
The same bug happened to me on a simple live cd session.

same problem here. installed on a usb-drive with ext4 (default).

i set german on installation. some times when i open the language plug there are lots of random settings.
i set it again to german and english as second but it get's messed up from time to time.

also german umlauts are kind of broken in terminal and the message on boot that the encrypted home diractory takes some time.
