MOS 6.1 ISO #361, HA, Ubuntu, Neutron VLAN, Ceph for volumes and images

When I tried to migrate VM to other computes I get the following errors: http://paste.mirantis.net/show/364/

When I tried to migrate VM to node-8.domain.tld I always get "ERROR (BadRequest): Unacceptable CPU info: CPU doesn't have compatibility", but for others "ERROR (BadRequest): node-6.domain.tld is not on shared storage: Live migration can not be used without shared storage". Expected to have the same error all the time.

Checked environment. There are differencies in cpu features on compute nodes - this causes 1 type fail. Second one is also OK, while ephemerals are located not on shared storage. Change bug status to Invalid.
