Bug Description
In Bug #1034200 we have log entry of a win7 32 bit system.
Debug [LibraryScanner 1]: Found moved track! "Francis Lai - Made In U.S.A.\B0.mp3"
The file name is actually "Francis Lai - Made In U.S.A.°.mp3"
0xB0 is the ° Sign in all common 8 bit charsets:
ANSI Charset (ISO 6937)
Windows-1250
Windows-1252
ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1)
So there should be no reason to replace ° with \B0
