Bug Description
1) Press 'Quick Deploy' on any app
2) Fill all fields
Actual result

Environment components page are displayed.
But deployments doesn't start. User have to press "Deploy this Environment" manually
Expected result
-------
Environment components page are displayed.
Environment deployment starts automatically and user just have to wait while it finished.
