Bug Description
The hypocenter location (currently specified in the rupture model by providing the lat, long, and depth) is a mandatory input for the scenario hazard calculator.
However, the location of the hypocenter specified in the rupture model seems to be completely ignored in the computation of the ground motion fields for a scenario.
