scale plugin doesn't remember binding to screen edge

After logging in the unity desktop, activating the scale plugin via a 'hotspot' (in my case uper left corner) doesn't work even though the option is activated in ccsm. Disabling and re-enabling the binding makes it work again

This seems to be fixed ?
I've disabled / enabled to hotcorner with unity-tweak-tool and somehow the problem has disappeared.
