Bug Description

We only have for key asymmetric orders, we should be able to create and list orders of type certificate.

Is there any other way SSL certificates can be created using barbican ? Is the support available for creating SSL certificates in Kilo ?

    Add support for certificate order

    This adds the ability to create and list certificate orders, using new
    parameters for order create a specific handling for listing.
