Bug Description

I've installed Plank 0.9.0 via experimental Debian Jessie reps.
Under my active icons, there's an annoying red square close to the red 'led'.

You can see that in my screenshot.
It happens with every themes.

Plank's version: 0.9.0
Debian 8 Jessie
Gnome-shell

I assume you are running an Intel Graphics Hardware.
This is a graphics driver issue.

I installed bumblebee following (this guide)[http://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/175352/red-glitch-borders-on-linux-desktop-animations] without success.

I'm joining with this bug.
Have see it on different distributions. mostly on Debian.

Tried to open Plank from Terminal, see critical error like <<[CRITICAL 23:19:56.603649] [PositionManager:797] Without a draw_value there is trouble ahead for 'gThumb'>> for each running application.

Fairness, Docky has the same situation.
