Bug Description

I installed this application, restarted my system and tested it with `sleep 30`, but I don't get a notification. Ubuntu 14.04.

Merlin, by default undistract-me won't display a notification if the window in which the long-running command is running is in focus. This can be overridden by setting the environment variable IGNORE_WINDOW_CHECK to 1.

Can you check whether this works for you? I.e. test setting the environment variable, and test without it but with another window in focus.

Neither options seem to work on Ubuntu 19.04.
