Bug Description
Dear all,
Will we see Gala supporting the very useful "always on top" feature in its client side decorations in the near future?
I came across this missing feature recently while trying "Go For It!" [1] which is a native to-do application that uses client side decorations. On Gnome the application displays the always on top feature but not on eOS.

All the other window handline options, like moving to a different workspace, are missing. Theses features are really useful, so it would be cool to get them back.
