Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager-core
On Gutsy current as of today.
root@smokey:~# dpkg -l | grep update-man
ii update-manager-core 1:0.78 manage release upgrades
With update-manager-core installed and not update-manager do-release-upgrade fails with;
root@smokey:~# do-release-upgrade
