'Switch Windows Backwards' doesn't work at start

Bug Description
To switch between the windows there is Alt + Tab and Alt + Shift + Tab to switch in the opposite direction.
However, the Alt + Shift+ Tab shortcut doesn't work at start.
To make it work, I have to change in the settings the shortcut to something else, then to Alt + Shift + Tab back again. But the problem occurs again after each boot.
I'm using a French keyboard (AZERTY), perhaps is it related.

Update: It is perhaps since a recent software update, but I'm no more able to use the shortcut Alt + Shift + Tab even after using the trick described before.
