ferm do not start at boot after ubuntu 15.04 upgrade

Bug Description

Trying to enable it in systemd fails:

$ sudo systemctl enable ferm
Synchronizing state for ferm.service with sysvinit using update-rc.d...
Executing /usr/sbin/update-rc.d ferm defaults
insserv: warning: current stop runlevel(s) (0 6) of script `ferm' overrides LSB defaults (empty).
Executing /usr/sbin/update-rc.d ferm enable

Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory

start operation seems to works.
