Bug Description
On Vivid, command `yesod init` generates `.cabal` file containing dependency `persistent >= 2.0` and code that uses features of persistent-2.0. But package haskell-persistent is still 1.3.* in Vivid (http://
cabal: At least the following dependencies are missing:
persistent ==2.0.*,
persistent-sqlite ==2.0.*,
persistent-template ==2.0.*
The same problem is with haskell-yesod-core, which is >=1.2.20 in boilerplate but only 1.2.19 in Vivid.
Should haskell-persistent and haskell-yesod-core be upgraded, or should haskell-yesod-bin be downgraded, or should I use another way to get packages?

Temporarily fixed by downgrading yesod to Utopic version.
