Due to this bug i am unable to update my ubuntu and also not able to install any package from terminal and setup file also kindly help me to remove this please.

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
