Keyboard and touchpad are not recognized

Sometimes Ubuntu can't recognize my laptop's keyboard and touchpad . I need to enable a virtual keyboard and connect a usb mouse in order to login my account.

After reboot, I can use it normally. I'm currently writing this using Onboard.
