Bug Description

Hi!
Steps:
1. Enable Flight mode from the status bar with bluetooth disabled.
2. Disable Flight mode > Bug: Bluetooth is enabled.

On Ubuntu 15.04 (r23) the bug still exists. Although it happens occasionally.

I have the same problem on Ubuntu Aquaris 4.5 Ubuntu 15.04(r26) since the begining.
