[documentPage] Add new sort options and a search feature

As soon as lp:~verzegnassi-stefano/ubuntu-docviewer-app/plugins-renaming is merged, DocViewer will use a SortFilterModel component in order to provide a sorted list of available documents.

This will allow us to easily implement some sorting options, and the ability to search a specific document in the list.

We will have to provide the following options:
- Sort by date (which is the current sort behaviour)
- Sort by name
- Sort by size

Of course, we should also provide an option to switch from an ascending order to a descending order, and vice versa.
