Bug Description

Binary package hint: kpowersave

my laptop can have up to 2 batteries. I only use one. the kde power meter icon correctly shows the one battery is not present and the other is X% charged. but the icon shows a half charged "icon" when my _one_ battery is fully charged. it never shows a 100% charged "icon" since I do not have 2 batteries. If a battery is not present, it should consider 100% charged to be only the power that 1 battery could hold not 2. And thus it should display a full battery icon if my one battery is charged.....The second battery slot can also be used for a floppy disk/DVD drive. so it should handle either cases(left battery present only.....right battery present only.....both batteries present)

the laptop is 'dead' now but I think this might of been a hardware issue.. the battery and charging thing has stopped working correctly.
